    Parry Sound Books and the Stockey Centre present the Parry Sound Reads Series. 
    Mary Lawson will discuss her three novels, Crow Lake, The Other Side of the Bridge and Road Ends. Mary will read from her work and talk about how she became a writer, how she constructs her stories and her characters, and gives insights into the books themselves.
    Mary Lawson makes her home in England, but she grew up in a small town in Ontario, spending summers in northern Ontario where she has set all of her novels.

    Melodic tunes, original acoustic songs and lyrics, and stories of love and travel.

    8-9pm Gary Klayton
    Gary is not just a songwriter but a songsmith. Without using rhyme patterns, he bends and shapes words to tell his melodic stories.

    Held outside on our fully licensed deck or inside in case of rain, all performances start at 7pm.
